  3. How do you feel when you have the thought?

Find ways to slow your system down - yoga, mindfulness, meditation, walks, music, drives, progressive muscle relaxation, visualizations, Compassionate Voice, 5-senses, Butterfly hug, ice cube exercise, cold plunge (Wim Hoff), body scans, peaceful place & container, paradox exercises (5-15 minute permission given), TICES,
