Research reveals a compelling link between fatigue and impaired decision-making. When fatigued, our cognitive resources become depleted, making it challenging to process information, evaluate options, and make sound judgments. Sleep deprivation, a common cause of fatigue, disrupts neural networks responsible for executive functions, such as reasoning and problem-solving.
You are not alone in this, but you also don't have accept this as a given part of a normal day in your busy, successful life.
Fatigue may be a universal human experience, but it doesn't have to dictate our lives. By adopting proactive strategies and prioritizing self-care, we can reclaim our energy, focus, and vitality.
