It's time to wrap it up ... reflect and anticipate.
What will you be leaving behind in 2023 and what you are taking with you in 2024?
1. Reflect on the Past Year:
- What were my main goals at the beginning of the year?
- What progress did I make toward each goal?
- What specific achievements am I proud of?
- What challenges did I face, and how did I overcome them?
- What lessons did I learn from both successes and setbacks?
2. Assess Personal and Professional Growth:
- What new skills or knowledge did I acquire?
- How did I grow personally and professionally?
- What significant accomplishments stand out?
- Are there changes in mindset, habits, or relationships?
- How would I describe my overall well-being, both physically and mentally?
3. Set Clear Goals for the Next Year:
- Based on reflection, what are my top priorities for the next year?
- How can I turn lessons learned into actionable goals?
- What specific steps can I take to achieve these goals?
- What are the timelines and milestones for each goal?
- How can I leverage past experiences to inform and guide my plans?
These questions aim to guide your self-reflection process, helping you to identify key aspects of your journey over the past year, assess your growth and accomplishments, and set clear, actionable goals for the upcoming year. Adjust and customize - make them your own, based on your unique experiences and aspirations.
