Description

In this episode, I sit down with my dear friend and soul sister, Jessica Scheer — a business mentor and creative entrepreneur who is weaving spirit and strategy into the way we work, create, and lead. Jess shares her journey through sabbatical, the art of letting go, finding the win-win-win solutions through silence, and the magic of leaning into authentic joy (and salsa dancing).

Together, we dive into themes of silence, stillness, and sacred tools that guide us back to ourselves, both in life and work. We also explore what it means to step into a new paradigm of business — one rooted in partnership, co-creation, and honoring the rhythms of life rather than forcing progress.

This episode is for you if —
