Today I was joined for a Recruitment Chinwag by the fabulous Dean Elllis.
We have had so many guests, with a variety of different experiences on the Podcast. But this is the first time I have spoken to a Recruiter who ran away with the circus, literally!
We walk through Dean's history, from growing up in his parents Hotel in Albury Wodonga, to his high school years living with this Grandparents in Gippsland, and moving to Coolum Beach as a young adult.Â
We kick off his career journey with Dean joining the circus and travelling the world. He then joined the Defence Force, started his own "Uber-esque" IT consulting service, and finally moved into recruitment (keeping up?)Â
So many nuggets of wisdom, so many laughs, and such an inspiring story.
