Today I had the pleasure of meeting Layla Stoykovich, all the way up north in Port Macquarie! We discussed Layla's background and history, starting her career as a love match-maker, working and living in Barcelona and returning to Australia to work in Talent and Recruitment.
We had a great chinwag about Candidate Experience and Employer Branding, and how providing a memorable CX, providing a deep human connection with candidates, is paramount to having an effective brand in the market.
