I was so excited to catch up with Megan Luttrell. I met Megan through the Rubberband community, and it was such a pleasure to learn about her career and her new business venture: kairosrecruitment.com.au

We had a wonderful Chinwag, discussing her career journey from starting in Talent Tech, to transitioning into Resourcing, and finally into 360 Recruitment. 
Megan is incredibly passionate about Agency and Internal connectivity, particularly bringing Employee Value Propositions to life through effective partnership.
