This week, we are talking about one of our favorite topics, Spirit Guides: who and what are they, and how do we connect to them? We explore the ways each of us can connect to specific spirit guides and how they can show up for us whether we’re in need, or want to playfully call them in. They are definitely around! 

While our experiences with spirit guides are different, we found different tools that help find a “sweet spot,” in order to receive signs and messages from the universe — including a fun synchronicity we discover while recording.
