As the saying goes. "Kill them with kindness"
I think a lot about kindness and the ripple effects that it has on others. I found a quote online. "Struggle can find no foot hold when confronted with gentleness, because conflict can only exist when fed by two opposing forces." We will have times when you face adversity, but how we choose to respond is within our control. I can assure you that kindness and empathy will always win. The most important person to be kind to is yourself, because when we love ourselves, we see love in others. Have a great week!
