This past week I finished reading the book , technology of intention.
The premise of the book is the concept that what we focus on is what we magnify and grow.
This week I want you to be strategic on what you direct your attention and energy on, because it directly impacts the things that become more prominent in our lives.
Remember by focusing on positive thoughts, actions and outcomes, we can create a virtuous cycle that leads to more growth and success in our lives.
