Description

In this episode, we discuss the science behind serotonin, our “Feel Good Hormone”. I talk about what Serotonin is, where it comes from and how it works.

If you have the right amount of serotonin, you feel really good…but if you don’t have enough serotonin, you might feel depressed or anxious, which is totally normal, and boosting your serotonin levels is very possible.

Today, I’m going to explain to you what serotonin does in your body, what happens when serotonin levels are imbalanced, and I will share a few techniques you can use to improve upon your serotonin levels.

Knowing how this all works will allow you to enhance your mood and mental health. It will also help you improve your sleep cycle and it can even help with your digestion and any gut problems that you might have.
