When Frank was growing up in Spanish Harlem he never thought about beings from other planets. He saw a lot of rough stuff and violence on the streets, and he learned to just handle it and go on with life.
Mr. Soriano became a NYS Corrections officer, so he also worked in another dangerous environment. He is a tough guy. Listen as he explains getting up close and personal with huge UFO's and the effect that had on him and his wife (also a corrections officer)
