Despite having a low undergraduate GPA, Connie pursued graduate school and eventually earned her PhD in psychology.

Her lived experience became the foundation for the work she does today.

Trauma Isn’t Always What You Think

A powerful part of this conversation explores the difference between:

Big T Trauma

Major events like abuse, violence, or disasters.

Little t Trauma

Chronic stressors like:

Growing up in chaotic households

These experiences can deeply affect how we regulate emotions and cope with stress as adults.

The Equation for Living Fully
