Smoky Gouda Spread

¾ Cup of Chopped Roasted Walnuts or Pecans

1 8oz package Smoked Gouda Cheese

1 8oz package of Softened Cream Cheese

¼ Cup sliced Green Onions

  1. Discard red edge of the Gouda & grate the Gouda
  2. Use mixer to combine the Cream Cheese & Gouda Mixture
  3. Stir in the Nuts & Green Onions
  4. Serve with Apple slices & Crackers

Salmon with Maple Mustard Glaze

4 Salmon Filets- Skinless (6oz) Each

¼ Cup of Maple Syrup

3 Tbl. Coarse Grain Mustard

2 Tbl. Light Brown Sugar

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. Lightly coat a shallow Baking Dish with oil spray
  2. Place filets in Baking Dish
  3. In a small bowl, Whisk together Syrup, Mustard & Br. Sugar
  4. Pour over Salmon and bake 15-29 Minutes or till fish flakes easilyGarnish with Parsley

Baked Rice

2 Cups of uncooked white rice

1 Stick of butter

1 (10 ½ oz) can cream of celery soup

1 (10 ½ oz) can cream of onion soup

  1. Combine all ingredients plus 1 ½ cups of water
  2. Pour into a buttered 3 quart baking dish

Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 1 hourked Ric

Broccoli Cheese Salad

4 Cups of Fresh Broccoli, Cut into bite size pieces

1 Red Onion, Chopped

8oz. Cubed Cheddar Cheese

6 Slices of Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled

  1. Combine all ingredients & toss with the following dressing.
  2. 1 Cup Mayo, ¼ Cup Sugar, 2 Tbl Vinegar - Mix well
  3. Pour over Salad and Mix well! Let sit in refrig. For a couple hours

before serving.

It's one of the best, you'll make it many times.

Peachy Sundae

1 Pint of Vanilla Ice Cream

¾ Cup of Peach Preserves –Warmed

¼ Cup of Toasted Chopped Almonds

¼ Cup of Flaked Coconut

  1. Divide Ice Cream into 4 Sherbet Bowls
  2. Top with Warmed Peach Preserves
  3. Sprinkle with the Almonds and the Coconut

I sometimes serve it with a Butter Cookie
