Buy the flavor of Ice Cream you want to use with cookies

1. Put a scoop of Ice Cream on one cookie & top with another
2. Roll the Ice Cream part in Chopped Nuts, Mini Chocolate Chips or Coconut
3. OR  Dip One Half in Melted Chocolate
