Easy Brisket
1 4-5 lb.Brisket
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
2 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup of Red Wine
- Place brisket in a shallow baking pan
- Sprinkle onion soup over brisket
- Pour the Worcestershire & wine (Mixed together)
- into the pan, NOT over Briskee
- Cover with foil & bake at 325 degrees for 5-6 hours
