¼ Cup of white corn syrup

1 (12 oz) package white chocolate morsels

2 Cups of chow mien noodles -(the brown hard ones)

¾ Cup of salted peanuts

  1. On low heat, melt corn syrup & white chocolate
  2. Pour over chow mien noddles & peanuts in a bowl

and mix well

  1. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax or parchment paper
  2. Refrigerate to harden. (30 minutes) Store in air tight container
