Best Black Bean Soup
2 Cans of Bush's black beans (undrained)
1 Can (16 oz) of chicken broth (2 Cups)
½ Cup of Salsa
1 Tbl. Chili powder
- Mash 1 can of beans with masher, fork or food processor
- Pour both cans of beans into medium saucepan (mashed & whole)
- Add chicken broth, salsa & chili powder & bring to boil. Turn off heat.
- You can serve topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, onion or cilantro
