I think it is the missing ingredient when we're struggling to overcome some of our creativity blocks. I've had blocks in decision making that have lasted for years. I think the longest one was three years of thinking about should I or should I not? That's a long time to sit in indecision. You might be surprised to learn that self appreciation can help you overcome your blocks! Gratitude, appreciation and a dash of creativity can give you the courage you need to take action when you feel blocked.
