We've all heard a story or two in our time. Someone sets their cruise control in a Winnebago and goes to take a nap, sues the manufacturer when they end up crashing and getting a few million out of it. Or a burglar breaks into someone's house and cuts their hand in the process, sues the homeowner and walks away rich.
