Repeat after me: "I am peaceful." Inhale, absorbing the peace, and exhale, letting go of chaos. Inhale, hold, and exhale through your mouth. Feel the peace surrounding you. Let's keep breathing in this rhythm. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath and the affirmation.
As you continue breathing and repeating the affirmation, feel the tension melt away. You are peaceful. Let this feeling wash over you. Keep focusing on your breath, letting the affirmations guide you.
