You know what I always say in this series? Breathing is key. So, find a quiet spot to chill for about 8 to 10 minutes. Got your spot? Great! Now, let's do some deep breathing. Breathe in through your nose, then let it out through your mouth.
"I am powerful." This means your thoughts, words, and what you do have a ton of power. You can make good stuff happen in your life with what you say and do.
Keep saying this affirmation, out loud or in your head.
Remember, you're totally capable of making awesome things happen. Take a nice deep breath, pulling in that power, and as you breathe out, let go of any yucky feelings. You're strong and awesome!
Keep breathing, keep feeling powerful, and let this feeling of being in control wash over you. You've got this!
