Episode 22. Could You Be A Runnerd?
This episode was inspired by a Coach Bennett's Newsletter from September 2023 that was inspired by an Instagram post I wrote in 2015. And after feedback from the readers of the newsletter asking for more information about runnerdism I finally caved and... well... here we are.
This episode will not only define what a Runnerd actually is but will also celebrate what it means to be a runnerd and even give some background on Coach Bennett's journey from an adorable and wildly charismatic kid to a handsome and wildly charismatic runnerd.
