Okay, let's talk about Paris 2024! Because there is so much to talk about. Now, this isn't an episode of me breaking down certain events or races (but we can do that in a future episode if you want!). I give you my biggest takeaways from the games as a whole. And I watched the summer games through a few different lenses. I watched as a fan. I watched as an athlete. I watched as a coach. And I watched as a simple human being. And each of this different viewpoints strengthened the other viewpoints. I hope you enjoy this episode as I roll through some of the great lessons from the Olympic games.
