Well, you'd be wrong and you'd be especially wrong if you thought that convincing runners to recover and recover enough would be easy. So, that's why we're doing this episode. I've talked about how to recover before. Now we're going to talk about why we recover. Strike that. Now we're going to talk about why we NEED to recover. And you better believe it when I tell you that this is about running. And this is not about running.
