When we hear the word stretching most of us picture being in a gym or sports court/field preparing for a workout. Lori’s form of stretching that she teaches is a bit different. Stretching our body in particular patterns and motions, with certain muscle trains being engaged, allows our bodies to clean and reset themselves. It also allows our organs to have the correct hormones being produced during that stretching time and really effects our overall health in a much bigger way than traditional stretching.
Lori shares her experience of how she learned how to properly stretch and her experience of working with clients using these techniques. A common question Lori would receive after a stretching session with a client was: “That felt amazing! How do I perform these stretches at home myself?”
So, Lori developed the Stretch 4 Life app! She wanted to help her clients continue to feel amazing even if they couldn't make it to her office.
