Dan is a high school principal, super intendant, coach, and Vice President at Future Plans who runs the GRIT Project in Ohio.
Dan has worked his whole life to build others up, and inspire the same mindset in the kids with whom he works. In today's episode, Dan outlines the work he is doing with The GRIT Project, focusing on helping kids in rural school systems build Hope for their future.
