Turku Tuomiopäivä Sport Summer Festival is the premier fitness event in the "Land of Thousand Lakes" and this year it has drawn some of the top athletes throughout Europe including multiple Games athletes.
We are joined by Minna Ajo-Notin, who will join Brian for the second year on the live broadcast, to preview the event and discuss the growth of fitness in Finland.
