Dr. Leigh Byers is a Florida-based leadership coach and consultant, founder of 7th Level Leadership Solutions LLC, an adjunct doctoral-level professor, and research chair for Liberty University Online School of Business. She is the founder of Have A Need A Ministry, a 501(c) 3 that promotes communities of sharing and serves on two nonprofit boards of directors that serve children, youth, and families.
Dr. Leigh supports individuals and small and mid-sized businesses, along with nonprofit organizations (including faith-based organizations), to grow and navigate seasons of change In tandem with being a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach.
