This one goes out to all the homies who at some point said I used to be on track, I used to be very good about my health, I used to have more time to go to the gym, or I used to have more time to be more .... fill in the blank.

I too have said this about myself and certain situations in my life, getting healthy and keeping the momentum in the gym I feel is one that most people fall off. Here is a perspective on how to maintain and a few thoughts on how to not let your past ideal self get in the way.
