In this episode, I share the concept of "being present".
For most of us, we are constantly either thinking about the past or the future while "being" in the present.
Like everything else in life, it takes practice, constant awareness/consciousness, and patience.
I hope you take a chance on practicing this awareness within your life. It's helped me tremendously to become less, monkey-brain, anxious, and upset.
