Imagine getting up from sleep and jumping into doing things, going to work right away, and getting your brain and body to go from zero to 100... most of us probably do this 5-6 maybe even 7 days a week.
Now imagine before getting into your daily grind you set yourself up mentally and physically to be ready for what the day may bring. I wasn't always participating in my daily morning routine but since I've started there have been great changes for me and I hope this episode may help guide you to yours.
