And here is what I did. 
Getting grounded definitely helped.

Whether you're just starting your mental and physical health journey, there is one absolute truth, physiology is the most important when it comes to hacking the "feelings" system, the emotions.  

I encourage you to raise your awareness around your physical thing, the thing that you can begin to use as a tool when you need to change your physiological state which will ultimately effects your emotions. Emotions drive our decisions.

Remember it takes time, practice, and patience.
