In our school system, failure is often framed as a negative thing. We're taught that failure means we're not smart or talented enough and that it's something to be ashamed of. However, in reality, failure is a natural part of the learning process, and it's a necessary step toward achieving our dreams. What if we have it backwards and instead of avoiding failure we are able to fail fast and fail forward?
To help us explore this topic, guest Dr. Travis Stephensen joins us. Dr. Stephensen is a medical doctor who has experienced some epic fails in his life, including failing the surgery residency just four months before he was due to graduate.
