The Eating Window

Intermittent fasting or (TRE) means that a person eats all of their meals and snacks within a particular window of time each day.

 For example, if you eat your first bite at 11a, you must eat your last bite by 7pm. This is an 8 hour eating window.  

I’ll give you another example. let’s say you want to have a six hour eating window and you decide to eat from 12 noon to 6 PM. This would be a six hour eating window.

I’ll go one step further someone just starting out may want to have a 12 hour eating window so they would eat from for example 8 AM to 8 PM. This is a 12 hour eating window.

Your eating window is decided by you; you get to create your own eating window. No one tells you when to eat. There is no need for you to follow someone else’s eating window. You are the CEO of your eating window. Create the eating window that works best  for you! Please understand this. Because someone else’s eating window may not work for you.

I hope this explains eating windows for anyone just starting out with Intermittent Fasting.
