Ep-42-3-day (72 hours) water fast.

A three-day water fast, can have several benefits, including:

I just finished my yearly 3 day water fast and it turned out great!

I ate my last meal on Monday evening around 7p and started my three day water fast. 

 Fortunately, I work from home now so for all three days I was able to relax, meditate on my fasting prayers, drink 3/4 3/4 of a gallon of distilled water, take detox baths, recorded episodes on my podcast and l watched fasting videos. I did not exercise or do anything strenuous.  I checked my blood glucose each day & it was down in the mornings and then it was up in the evenings. 

My glucose Readings: 63 mg/dL in the mornings and 73 mg/dL in the evenings.
