Ep 6.

1.    Decide-Make up your mind first. All success begins in the mind. If your mind is made up, then and only then will you be ready to start intermittent fasting.

2.    Make a plan-decide what you will drink during your fast (water, black coffee, plain unsweetened tea, sparkling unflavored water). Because you do not want to accidently start off by dirty fasting. With cream/sugar etc./artificial sugars, lemon etc. This is not fasting.

How many hours you plan to fast?  How will you stay busy during the fast because boredom can derail you.  You do not want to be watching the clock!

3.    How you start depends on you. Are you a person who navigates with caution? You might want to start off slowly with a 12 hour fast and work your way up to a 16 hour fast. For example, a 12 hour fast would look like this: you would stop eating for the day at 8p. until 8a the next morning.  This is a 12 hour fast.

4.     Or are you a person who just rips off the band aide?  You might want to start off with the 16 hour fast.  For example: You might decide to stop eating for the day at 7p until 11a. the next day.  This is a 16 hour fast.

5.     However you decide to start intermittent fasting it is totally up to you.  You are the CEO of your fasting schedule.  You get to make all of the decisions around it.  

6.    Remember: Decide, make a plan and start! 

7.    The best part about it is it is free, it is flexible, and it is sustainable.  

8.    There is no calorie counting, macro counting, measuring of food or any of that.  H
