What you shouldn't expect is inspiration. I am not an inspiring figure, I am not a fitness influencer, you won't see any shirtless pics, you won't be sold any supplements, you won't see any dudes on gear flexing, you're just not going to get that from me, I care too much about learning for that. 

If you're looking for inspiration, you will be disappointed by my podcast. 

If you're looking for entertainment, which is kind of in the same vein, then you'll be disappointed by my podcast. 

What you will get is information. You're going to get real education, examples of real people getting real results by implementing that information. 

This page is for dedicated athletes who already have all the inspiration that they need. As a dedicated athlete, you don't need inspiration. That is just not what you need at all. That's for the masses. That's for people who don't yet know what's important to them. Maybe I should value fitness. Maybe I should run a 5k. 

I will disappoint you. My podcast will disappoint you. 

What you will get is just the most important information you need to see how far you can go as a CrossFit, Hybrid or Tactical Athlete. If you've been at this a while, and you want to be strong and conditioned at the same time, then you're in the right place.
