If you’re military – you know what I mean.
Those become the first thing you need to check – check them all.
1. Check performance.
Even at an advanced level, you should be improving your top priorities by 5% per year.
If you’re injured more than one minor niggle per macrocycle, that’s a sign that something’s off.
2. Check lifestyle.
Sleep, sun, hydration, hygiene, stress.
3. Check fuel.
Enough.
4. Check libido.
Intercourse once every 3-6 days.
If less frequent, vitality red flag.
5. Check blood biomarkers.
Cortisol high. T low.
Magnesium depleted. Vitamin D depleted.
6. Check body composition.
Common to carry more body fat when highly stressed. Hyperleanness can also be a sign of low vitality.
