What to do today:

1. More easy training
Less dynamic eccentrics (any sport-specific movement)
More cyclical work (machines)
Less competing (2-4 times a year is good)
Less sport-specific exercise selection 
More isometrics (holds and carries)

2. Deload every 3-5 weeks of building
