As we're caring for others, we must prioritize our own health and well-being to avoid chronic stress and burnout. Carolyn is a speaker and workshop leader who launched the non-profit organization Caregiver Mental Wellness out of her personal experience as a caregiver. She found herself facing signs of chronic stress and felt called to create resources for others to avoid burnout.
