In this episode, we’re slowing down to practice Lectio Divina: an ancient, prayerful way of listening to God through Scripture. As we transition from Psalm 23 into John 10 for the spring semester, we’ll meditate on Jesus’s words, “I am the Good Shepherd.”
Together we’ll walk through four simple movements:
Using John 10:3–11, we’ll listen to the Shepherd who calls us by name, leads us toward abundant life, and protects us from the thief who steals and destroys. This practice helps us slow down, quiet the noise, and recognize Jesus’s loving, guiding voice in our everyday lives as moms.
Listen during a walk, your commute, or a quiet moment at home… anytime you need space to slow down, listen to God, and build a practice of discernment.
