For this week's podcast, I decided to get a little personal and go solo. After receiving a biofield tuning session, I felt compelled to do this podcast on my own even though it wasn't in my schedule. "All true inner growth will make you feel uncomfortable, disturbed or scared for a little while. It's OK. it will pass." (Anonymous) Is there some inner work you feel called to work on?

Mantra of the week: "I love my body and all it does for me." Repeating mantras is a simple and easy way to re-wire our thoughts. The more we speak positively the more we choose to be in a better headspace. One day at a time.

Say this...'I am here to be my authentic self, not worry about what others think.'
