My first year of teaching was a nightmare. I didn't get along with my boss, coworkers and my students had poor behavior. I blame myself for a lot of these struggles and I talk through my mistakes in this episode. I hope that if you're having a bad year, you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel too because life does get better.
