Senior Indiana quarterback Kurtis Rourke -- AKA the Maple Missile -- joins the pod to discuss his team's fast start, Canadian football, married life and why the Hoosier offense is so darn explosive. Then we talked to 1964 Heisman Trophy winner John Huarte of Notre Dame, who shares his experience playing for the Irish under coach Ara Parseghian and reflects on his football journey that led to one of the more unlikely seasons in the trophy's history.
The Heisman Hopefules Podcast streams every Thursday during the college football season and is hosted by Chris Huston. The pod is available on all streaming networks, including Spotify and Apple Music, and full videos of the show are available on YouTube, with clips on TikTok and Instagram.
