Description

What if losing weight isn't about shrinking yourself, but about getting your life back?

For a long time, I felt like I was surviving instead of living. After my divorce, I gained weight while navigating one of the hardest seasons of my life, and while I don't regret doing what I needed to do to make it through, I can't ignore how much that extra weight impacted my confidence, my relationships, my sex life, my self-expression, and even my ability to move comfortably in my own body.

In this vulnerable, unscripted episode, I'm sharing what life was really like during that season, what changed when I finally felt ready to focus on my health again, and why I think we've become a little too comfortable pretending weight loss doesn't matter when deep down, for many of us, it does.

If you've ever felt uncomfortable in your body, avoided photos, dreaded getting dressed, struggled with confidence, or wondered whether getting fitter would actually make a difference in your life, this conversation is for you.
