Randy and Ben break down the new hires for including Jon Sumrall and all of the on field coaches he has brought on to assemble the new staff at UF. We discuss the background of each of the hires, what experience and traits they posses, and what they can bring to the Gators moving forward. We also give our thoughts on how the staff is shaping up overall and what we want to see moving into next season to evaluate them further.
