Nita and Fiona joined us a few weeks ago after we learned that the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, in a 2-1 decision, dissolved the stay previously placed on OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard by the Fifth Circuit. Since then, the Supreme Court reinstated the stay.
