There will always be the naysayers, the anti-immigrant and the ones who are simply being mean.
We believe that behind every hurtful and hateful comment is a human, someone unable to love themselves and in turn others. This is our way of acknowledging it, bringing into the light and providing some humour to deescalate the impact. The less we speak about it the more the harmful statement creates power.
