Welcome to the Disrupting Obesity Podcast. I'm Charlotte Skanes, and I'll be sharing ways to help you regain control over your body and lose an extreme amount of weight naturally. 

It took me just under two and a half years to lose over 200 pounds. And in the end, I did it without changing the kinds of food I ate, or exercising. According to everybody, that meant I shouldn't have been able to lose the weight at all. But I did. 

If you're looking for a permanent solution instead of another quick but temporary fix to losing weight, you're in the right place. In this podcast series, I'll be sharing how people with a lot of weight can get it off and keep it off. I won't talk about fancy foods or exotic gym memberships. I'm all for eating whatever you want, just less of it.
